Strategy for Civic Amenities:
The city of Bangalore is expanding beyond one's imagination. With this expansion of the city and the population, the demand for better infrastructural facilities has also gone up. The civic authorities have been compelled to chop off the existing road side trees to widen the roads to ease out the traffic congestion. Similarly, the lands in the outskirts of the city which were hitherto used for agricultural purposes have been acquired for creation of Special Economic Zones to augment industrialization.
Even the parks and lakes which were created to keep up the ecological balance of the city are getting vanished. There should be a monitoring committee to oversee the progress and the quality of work of these organizations.
